Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), responsible for defining the strategic direction, growth priorities, and long-term positioning. He builds on earlier work as Business Design Lead, where he worked hands-on across business model design, market validation, and product strategy. His role focuses on aligning strategy, business development, and innovation into a coherent execution framework. He leads the translation of ambition into clear strategic choices, structures partnerships and growth initiatives, and ensures that innovation efforts are commercially sound, operationally grounded, and aligned with our mission.

Kim Dauthel
Head of Data at AgriLedger, responsible for data architecture, analytics, and system integrity across the platform. He brings nearly a decade of experience in financial systems and blockchain architecture, with a focus on trade, commodities, and cross-border value flows. He supports AgriLedger’s work by structuring reliable data systems, integrating digital infrastructure, and enabling clear, risk-aware adoption of emerging technologies.
