Genevieve Leveille

Founder and CEO, has worked at major international banks and industrial companies in financial product technology and treasury systems: Chase (JPM Chase), HP, GE and RBS. She founded AgriLedger in 2016 and has been recognized as one of Most Influential Women in UK Tech by Computer Weekly for the last 3 years and Top BAME in Technology UK by the Financial Times in 2019. Genevieve brings to the Company unparalleled knowledge of using blockchain in agriculture. She has a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University.

Founder and CEO

Jean-Que M. Dar

Non-Executive Chairman, is a lawyer, investor, entrepreneur and former musician. He has been prosecuting the intellectual property rights of entertainment professionals for over 17-years. As a seasoned chain of title expert, Q represents some of the most elite entertainment celebrities, and streaming companies in the industry. He bring to AgriLedger a profound understanding of intellectual property dynamics and will contribute to the company’s mission of transforming agricultural processes through advanced technology solutions. He has a BA from Howard University, a JD from Duke University, LLM from Yale University and is a former Marine JAG Second Lieutenant from Naval Justice School.

Satya Ramachandran

CTO Advisor, is an accomplished CTO, building startups based on large pools of data in the cloud and analyzing them. He founded JovianDATA which was one of AWS’ largest customers early on which was tagged as ‘Pivot Tables in the Cloud’ – and has held senior roles at Neustar (TransUnion), DoorDash, Firefly and MarketShare (acquired by Neustar, acquired JovionDATA earlier) and currently at Rappi. He brings to AgriLedger the capability to execute on its technology, leverage existing providers and increase value through speed of processing operations. He has a MSc in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science.

CTO Advisor

Jason Shell

Financial Markets Advisor, is an excellent analyst of markets and has experience with many types of derivative structures. He led Deutsche Bank’s FX trading operations after trading FX options, advising large US corporations on their FX needs, managing the global salesforce and electronic customer platforms. Throughout Jason’s career he has enjoyed working with clients, developing technology and managing market risk. He brings to AgriLedger this wealth of knowledge and helps us ensure relevance to market participant needs. Jason received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia University.

Financial Markets Advisor

Maneesh Jain

Maneesh Jain, Chief of Staff, has built innovative businesses in Financial Services and Real Estate in London, Mumbai and Singapore. He scaled up Dresdner Kleinwort’s share trading platform to the UK’s largest online, established a 300-person offshore center for Deutsche Bank in India, mobilized the largest European regulatory change program in history for HSBC, and works with startups in the Blockchain and AI space. He brings to AgriLedger a wealth of cross-functional experience across strategy, operations, finance, technology and sales. He has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and qualified as an accountant (ACA) with PwC.
